Can I claim my doh back off BT
Hi, up until March last year I paid for my land line and calls through BT. I then went through 'one tel' for my calls as everything after six pm and weekends is free. BT have STILL been charging me for a package I have not made use of since March. They knew I paid for my calls through one tel but continued to Take monthly…

BT text messaging
On Saturday night at 11.50pm we had a phone call from BT text messaging service. It was some silly message from 'Mum' ,which was obviously not right as both our parents are elderly and would have no idea how to send a text message from mobile to mobile, let alone via BT to a home phone! We had only that afternoon brought…

Post Office Phone
When you sign up with Post Office Home Phone they automatically bring over from BT any existing call features that you have. I quote from their FAQ "Will I be able to change my call features? We will transfer all your existing call features across" This means if you have got free caller display with BT they the PO will…

Hi everyone, Did anyone receive a card from talk talk over the last couple of months stating that you can dial several countries for free until the end of february 2006? You input 18148 before dialling the full international number and you don't get charged for it. I know that Spain, Ireland and the US are on the list,…

Their employee told me that someone would be ringing me back within two working days. After the two days had passed, I had recieved no call.…

Has anyone experience of using the VoipStunt programme for free calls to fixed line phones in many countries? Has Martin reviewed the programme which is like Skype but with free calls where Skype charges? Is it really free with no hidden charges particularly no charges made to the fixed line phone called?

Sign up with NTL or Tiscali, or stick with BT?
Apologies if this has been posted before, I've had trouble finding this information anywhere. I currently use BT as my phone provider, but route the vast majority of calls through 1899, by programming numbers into the phone so I don't have to remember to dial the prefix. I'm planning to buy a PC soon, and subscribe to a…

Freestyle 2500
I'm not sure if this is being posted in the right place. Sorry if not. I have a Freestyle 2500, but unfortunately I think the instructions must have got mixed up with the Xmas rubbish and I can't find them. The Freestyle 2500 is not listed on BT's online site of instructions for download; they say I can get a booklet…
