Bus lane - letter received after discount date
Short version - friend of mine caught bang to rights in a bus lane. Date of offence 24th Feb Letter received on 20th March but dated 5th March. Letter offers a 50% discount if paid within 14 days of the letter date - oddly enough one day before the letter arrived. Any thoughts on how to get the discount rate?
