CP Plus - Advice needed, have missed deadline for written reprensatations

Hi,
Received a 3rd letter today for an overstay of 1 hour at a Moto services in Cardiff.
I naively, upon my first letter took the decision to ignore these letters following old advice picked up on these forums from several years ago.
In this 3rd letter received today it says I have now missed the deadline for valid written representations against this PCN as it has now expired.
Please could someone advise what action I should now take, I wish to appeal and not pay the charge. (If i could go back to the beginning I would follow the steps highlighted in the 'Newbie Thread')

too late if you have missed the boat , that appeal boat has sailed without you
you can appeal to the PPC but they will likely reject it as "too late"
you could complain to MOTO and ask for a cancellation (which you should have done anyway as they employed the parasites)
after that its IGNORE MODE for 6 years unless you get an official LBC or an official MCOL from the PPC0 -
Moto seem to have a good history of getting these cancelled so you have nothing to lose by asking them.0
