PCN with an none completed Date on it
Hi All, I have read the newbie posts on this, but want to run this past a few of you forum members with knowledge in this field. I recently had a PCN attached to my windscreen for parking in my sisters works car park space (on private land and rented at £20 a month to my sister via her company) with out a permit. Stupid I…

popla is taking long...
Is popla having big delays in processing the cases? My case was due a rehearing a month ago and no result yet. I have contacted popla but they say keep waiting. Is this normal? The first time they looked at my case they decided on the next working day of the determination date. Thanks MA

Parking Eye - Purley Way
Hi, I'm a newbie here and glad I found this forum. I have been reading all the stickies and recent threads on appealing Parking Eye PCNs. I received a Notice to Keeper through the post from Parking Eye last Thursday (15/01/2015) for a parking event which took place on Boxing Day. This was generated by ANPR and this NtK is…

PCN Theory and Questions for the experts
Hi, Firstly, I have read the Newbee sticky and found it very helpful. I have received a PCN from JD parking consultants and feel very confident in successfully appealing. By way of background, I live (and own) an apartment with a parking management in force, in which if you don't display your permit you are landed with a…

CP Plus and appealing to POPLA
Yes I'm sorry to post another thread but I'm not sure if I have done everything right. My employer received a NTK 17 days after the alleged parking they just forwarded the letter to me (they did not name me to CP Plus) so I replied (I have never admitted to being the driver but replied as such) CP Plus claim I overstayed…

Success story - UKCPS
Success! I appealed my PCN and I was informed by letter yesterday that it had been cancelled. Therefore I thought it would be helpful for others to explain exactly what did... So in ascending order.... 1. Firstly I didn't worry about it and thought about my situation in a pragmatic way. 2. I then read the newbies thread 3.…

14 Services NTK
Hi all, I have received an NTK (which followed a windscreen PCN to the driver) through the post from 14 Services (in Bristol), an IPC member. I haven't yet made any appeal to the PPC and before I start would be grateful for clarification on something from the Newbies thread. I can't see anywhere in the NTK any reference to…

Help please with a couple of questions First of all I received a PCN from PE for 'parking' on a permit only private carpark. It is about 1:21 in. Iain Lee is interviewing Dave Smith from the British Parking Association. Excel parking - can I not appeal on grounds of GPEOL?
I'm still confused, even after reading the newbies section on how I should appeal this - I was the driver so saying I wasn't is not an option - the PCN talks about "breaching the terms to which the driver agrees" etc and asks me to name the driver - I just want to get my appeal started (no way am I paying) but want to get…

Advice needed please
I am getting more and more confused the more I read, so apologies if it has been asked before but am starting to panic a bit now. I received a notice to driver/keeper/hirer saying it was sent to the registered keeper dated 31 days after the 'alleged contravention' of no permit. This was the first I knew of this as there…

popla appeal advice please
I have just received a copy of the evidence submitted by Care Parking in response to my POPLA appeal and am hopping up and down furious about it. I guess I have probably missed my chance but can anyone advise if I have any opportunity to respond to their evidence or is it a simple case now of what I submitted against their…

Time to force a legal change.
When the Con-Dems were conned into adding S.54 of POFA, they insisted on an independant appeals service being set-up, and so it was, with POPLA coming into existance. Move forward to 2014 and along came the IPA with it's 'kangaroo Court' appeals service & PPCs started to jump ship. What I propose is that we all contact our…
