Is popla having big delays in processing the cases? My case was due a rehearing a month ago and no result yet. I have contacted popla but they say keep waiting. Is this normal? The first time they looked at my case they decided on the next working day of the determination date.

A norm of around 5-6 weeks. In your case you need to factor in the Christmas and New Year break.
Did you not get an estimated date in their acknowledgement of the receipt of your appeal?

Just realised yours is a rehearing. Some of those have taken months!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

not a lot you can do, other than wait, it takes as long as it takes, and I believe some rehearings have taken up to a year0
