Final notice for parking charge
thanks for all the helpful info on here. Just one question - I received a final notice from a PPC today but I didn't receive the parking charge notice they sent was sent on 6th march. I have drafted an appeal letter to the PPC but will I still be able to appeal to POPLA if this fails?
