Quick Question

Hi guys.
I have read the sticky and know what to do with the ticket I am dealing with but have one quick question if I may?
I'm dealing with my Mother In Laws ticket on her behalf, she was actually helping me out on the day she got it.
She ran out of time on her ticket because she was in a nearby clinic with me, where she had taken me as I was rather unwell and was put on a drip.
Not a hospital car park or anything like and no sob story either, just wondered if this should be mentioned in appeal letter or not, I am aware it will get rejected anyway.
Thanks

You could be covered by the Equality Act but without further deatails it's hard to tell. Regardless, the appeal to PPC and then to POPLA will work."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0

I was on an IVF cycle and developed a condition related to the medication I was taking. I was due in for an appointment that day just for a check up but felt too unwell to drive. My mother in law drove me instead and a 20 minute appointment turned into 5 hours with me being placed on a drip with various medication. It is a fertility clinic but it does not have its own car park sadly due to its location.2 angels in heaven :A0

You can put it in, it won't hurt but be aware it will cut no ice with a PPC.
I guess it's useful to show how heartless they are.0 -

Definitely covered by the Equality Act then.
Who is the PPC and where was the "incident" ?"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -

Would it be possible for someone to explain the part about the equality act to me, and let me know how/if it should change how I proceed?
Many thanks for all the help2 angels in heaven :A0
