Final notice for parking charge

thanks for all the helpful info on here.
Just one question - I received a final notice from a PPC today but I didn't receive the parking charge notice they sent was sent on 6th march.
I have drafted an appeal letter to the PPC but will I still be able to appeal to POPLA if this fails?

only if the PPC issue a popla code , and providing that PPC is in the BPA0

letter as per Hot Bring's template written and ready to go. Just a bit annoyed that I never received the initial notice and whether that will be a problem.

Yes but please read the other threads like yours - there are two on here today talking about the tedious Debt Recovery Plus letters so there's no need to tell us when you get them. Please... the forum works best when you search it each time you get a letter - like I have advised the other posters writing about late appeals to G24 today.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
