Parking Invoices still Unenforceable?
Just been reading this at the BBC: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-26583536 and also the Stickies on this thread. So just to confirm - the previous advice of "just ignore" unenforeceable invoices doesn't now apply? And if you do just ignore what's the likelyhood of the scammers taking you to court, and winning?

So, after winning a POPLA appeal against ParkingEye I sent them an invoice to cover the cost of me defending myself against their unfair and unjust PCN. I have just been listening to a feature on BBC 4's Monybox programme where somebody took Thomson Holidays to court after they demanded a 100% cancellation fee after he had to cancel his holiday because his wife was taken ill a week before they were due to travel. He argued that the company had not lost all that money…

ParkingEye court summons
I have just received what I think is a court summons in the post regarding an unpaid fine, I thought that by ignoring their letters they would eventually give up and go away. Yesterday I visited Brunel Retail Park, Reading
Since my last visit, UKCPS have moved in. I did not have a camera with me, but the signs appear to be far too small and over 8 feet off the ground. I struggled to read the very small lettering, and I have good eyesight. The only reason which I can see why they are there, is to trap people visiting Morrison's next door. So,…
