I visited the retail park in Vastern Road Reading this morning. It is managed by UKPC. The signage was poor, in extremely small letters, but who decided that two hours was long enough to have a bite in TGIF, do a shop in Aldi, buy some kids' onsies in Mothercare and some educational toys for little Tarquin and Arabella in…

Ignore threatening letters?
Having read the NEWBIES advice & watched the video I am slightly stronger in ignoring the PCN my car received. However, the advice says to write assertively to the supplier of the notice. I wonder if anyone might be able to offer some advice please? I've read through the PCN appeal threads but can't find an instance where the PCN no. on the ticket (left on the window) is different to the one given on the NTK letter. Is this grounds for appeal in itself? Any help much appreciated, thanks!
