  • George,

This is total and utter tripe from H + L ., (waves @ Trev and Paul),

Ive seen this rubbish they sent out, telling you should contact them with details of your defence. Ignore it

Only come back here if you should get real court papers!!. The company is a joke,

    Anyone seen the muppet show?

This is a 'mock up' of Small Claims paperwork.

This is the work of Trev the Clamp's (ANPR Ltd of Preston) mocked up 'litigation service' outfit.

As KIFL says, ignore, but come back if you get real court documents - unlikely Trev would risk turning up in a court room (you can check with the court to determine whether they are real or fake' with a quick phone call to Northampton Court).

Northampton is the central distribution centre. Any court case would be held near to you.

Phone the Northampton court to check the validity of this tomorrow, then come back and confirm that this is a fake document.

  • To be honest the form looks to be genuine and fully filled in apart from the claim number and issue date and the solicitors firm H& S Litigation person Stephen Roberts has not signed the letter just put SR
would they not send this to court first and then it would be issued to me by the courts ?
I have got the number now for Northampton County court and will be ringing them tomorrow, thanks George

    + 1 above.

We've seen this so many times before. If you're seeking advice here, please take it from the regulars who spend hours every day of the week dealing with this stuff.

You're in good hands ........... as long as you work with us, rather than arguing against us.

You can confirm with us tomorrow, after your phone cal to Northampton Courtl, that we are correct in our advice above.

Yep. Read through the NEWBIES sticky thread as almost every eventuality is covered in this.

Have you complained to the main retailer at the site you parked on? They often get the tickets revoked. See the other sticky at the top of the forum first page - 'Successful Complaints ...... '
