Jeez you couldn't make some of this stuff up.They say they have been paid by the proprietor (bang goes GPEOL).
They say that the Government restricts trespass claims to £100. They (ANPR) can't sue for trespass (only the landowner).

So they applied for registered keeper details incurring an extra £40 in costs? So how did a charge of £2.50 from the dvla magically increase by this trumped up figure?
I have never heard of trespass being limited to £100, is this another fantasy ? And the rest of the letter is just the long winded and extremely boring Trevor Whitehouse spouting the usual garbage! The inventor of the much-hated London wheel clamp has shut down a website which advertised a automatic numberplate recognition system which he'd claimed was capable of spotting tax dodgers, disabled people and terrorists.
