    That was a poster on here or pepipoo who reported it (not me). The website was the daft 'ANPR-in-a-box' that I posted about a few months ago which claimed all sorts of rubbish like helping thwart terrorists!

    Apparently his mathematical skills are quite something - pity he can't calculate an accurate genuine pre-estimate of loss though -
    in the article it claims:

    and goes on to say:
