Just do a forum search for H & S Litigation and I believe KIFL did start a thread IIRC regarding this outfit and the tripe they put on their letters - I had a good laugh at those especially with the mix up with wording ..

you can post a truncated link, just omit the http://www bit from the start, and if that still doesnt work omit the start and the end bit instead of .co.uk add dot co dot ukFrom the Plain Language Commission:
