Anpr parking fine threat of court

Hi there All
Whilst my motorbike was parked on spinningfields Manchester whilst shopping there I have received a parking fine even though there is a sign advising private motorbike parking for spinningfields development only next to ANPRs sign , I checked on the net and promptly ignored it , today I have received what I can describe as a bumper bonus pack from H & S Litigation London with lots of copies of stuff from ANPR a cd of my bike parked and aCPR part 7 from Northampton county court , is it time now I need to take action or is this a empty threat as I would not like to do notning and then find out afterwards I have missed my day in court with them. regards George

Jeez, another duplicate new thread. No need - we've got enough to deal with without having to read the same thing twice.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
