Why only two hours?

I visited the retail park in Vastern Road Reading this morning. It is managed by UKPC. The signage was poor, in extremely small letters, but who decided that two hours was long enough to have a bite in TGIF, do a shop in Aldi, buy some kids' onsies in Mothercare and some educational toys for little Tarquin and Arabella in ELC, buy some Blue Nun at Majestic and some nice stuff for one's hice in The Range.

Two hours for that lot, it has indigestion and stress written all over it. Is not contrary to the best interests of the retailers to limit parking thusly?

What do others think?
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

  • Its two hours because thats what ukpc suggested. They did this because they knew they would get lots of victims and they would thus do this retail park for "free"

And if they can't make ends meet, they'll soon knock it down to 90 minutes.
