Do you use cash or debit cards?
Just had a discussion with my friend and she rarely uses cash for anything. She finds it easier to use her debit card and just have a bit of cash when its needed. I am tempted to try her system because this is how mine works and I'm now a bit unsure. I do my budget on Excel as best I can and then every month when I get…

Hi all, I know it sounds ungrateful and I feel awful but I have some Xmas presents that I can't use and they are cluttering up my flat. A friend has told me I could take some back to the shop and get an exchange (even without a receipt), is this true? Other than it will be the charity shop. How do I stop feeling guilty…

Good set of bedding?
I'm tired of having bad bedding after all of these years and I've decided to invest in some decent stuff. I'm usually quite hot in bed which is why I hear the…

Does anyone like/buy these. I have always wanted to try them but they are too expensive Today I spotted some half price yellow stickered ones, they still weren't cheap at half price but at least you get a 'free' bowl to keep. 2018 - No Clutter To Be Seen
To use Guineapigsqueaks/my own wording, "A new thread for declutterbugs in [STRIKE]2015 2016 2017[/STRIKE] 2018!" I'm going to aim to get rid of 2018 items in 2018. Multi Cooker/ Instant Pot
Hello, I've been wanting to replace my broken rice cooker, and was fortunate enough to be given a £50 Amazon voucher for Christmas. When I've searched for rice cookers, quite a lot of these multi cookers have come up and I wonder what your opinion is? Certainly it would be nice to create space by getting rid of rice cooker…

How many mls in regular Nero coffee
My local coffee shop is Nero and my normal drink is a regular latte. I bought a new bean to cup coffee machine for Christmas and while I accept I’ll not be able to produce the same as Nero (or any other coffee shop for that matter,) I am wondering about sizes. There seems to be a lot of confusion as by what coffee shops…

Hi. Does anyone have any recommendations for drying clothes other than radiators? No Buying Unnecessary Alcohol 2018
One of my long list of ways to save money in 2018 is to use up the alcohol we already have in the house! We stocked up for Christmas, but what with people coming round and various people staying, who all brought a bottle (at least) with them - we've got more than we started with!! We're not big drinkers (although I'm…
