Yellow dusters
I'm trying to replace my ancient yellow dusters but find the quality is so bad. After buying two lots, one from Fleaby and the other from Ama*on I'm disappointed with the thin material which is almost see through. Is there anywhere I can buy the old fashioned thick dusters? Thanks.

Lamb joint - is it ok to eat?
Hi I did not know that this section of the forum existed!! I have a lamb joint which is uncooked. It has been in the coldest part of the fridge since 25th Jan. Co-op stamps
This should probably go under 'savings' but just may be of more interest to OSers! I have tended to avoid Xmas clubs since my mother made me work out how much more interest we would get if we used a proper savings account. However, I have just worked out that my local Co-op's saver card effectively pays 4% interest: Buy 48…

Dinner tastes nasty. How to save it from the bin?
I've cooked a beef stifado in the slow cooker for the first time and it tastes sharp and not at all pleasant. Any suggestions on how to make it better? It has red wine, red wine vinegar, tinned tomatoes and tomato puree in it - all sharp flavours and I should really have guessed how it was going to turn out. It gets great…

I always have a bottle mixed in the kitchen for a quick fix.
