Can I put made up batter in the fridge for a few days?
I bought Aunt Bessie's Chocolate pancake mix in the shake up bottle. It makes 6 and I live on my own and I would find 6 too much. Could I put the made up stuff in the fridge for a few days? Or should I make them all tonight, eat what I can and put the cooked ones, once cooled down in the fridge? No instructions on the…

Am posting here as I think it may get lost on existing pressure cooker threads on OS. This new contraption is said to save oodles of time, which is great for the busy or terminallly lazy (ie me :o ). Imagine making soup in a few minutes without risk of burning, all the smell involved in anything that requires constant…

It's Pancake Day tomorrow which is one of our favourite things to celebrate at MSE, seeing as it's all based around using what you've got in your cupboards and being a bit thrifty! Saving on appliances/household items
Whenever I buy a small appliance/household item I do a quick google search to see who has the best price. I don't necessarily buy it from the cheapest source but it gives me a ball park figure to haggle with the shop I do buy it from. Anyone have any other tips for getting the best price on things? I ask as I'm looking to…
