Hi Everyone, I'm looking to cook a breast of lamb and have no idea how to do it so its nice and doesn't taste just fatty. I have a slow cooker if that's a better way to cook than oven. Any recipes or advice appreciated, Thanks.

The Skint Foodie has a great recipe to help with the fattiness. http://www.theskintfoodie.com/slow-cooked-breast-of-lamb.html"We always find something, hey Didi, to give us the impression we exist?" Samuel Beckett, Waiting for Godot.

Don't have a recipe to hand but stuffed boned then rolled and slow roasted lamb breast was a staple of my childhood. The slow roast renders most of the fat out leaving a crisp outer with meaty inner and stuffing imbued with a rich rich lamb taste.
Might have to do one myself now!0 -
Make use of the fat and cook it on top of a "trivet" of roasted vegetables. If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5?
