Can I put made up batter in the fridge for a few days?

I bought Aunt Bessie's Chocolate pancake mix in the shake up bottle.

It makes 6 and I live on my own and I would find 6 too much. Could I put the made up stuff in the fridge for a few days? Or should I make them all tonight, eat what I can and put the cooked ones, once cooled down in the fridge?

No instructions on the packet re this.

  • Yeah, I should think so.
It may need a little extra water when using it though.

I wouldn't store it for more than 3 days.
  • im not sure with processed ones but i make my pancake batter up and leave it for a day, as it makes better pancakes if left (so i learned in school lol).

I'm not sure about made up batter either, but you can freeze pancakes. So, if it was me, I would cook all the pancakes and then freeze those I didn't want with a sheet of greasepoof paper in between each one.
    Enjoy :D
