Dorset Apple Tray Bake
Has anyone made this before? If so, have you found that the mixture is extremely hard to mix and spread? It doesn't say on the recipe to cream the eggs and sugar first or anything, it just says put everything into a bowl and mix, but boy oh boy, is it hard to spread out on the tray!…

I have a chicken...

My issue is I don't know what to accompany the pieces with tomorrow…

Bread maker loaf not high in gluten?
Hi all, Is it possible to successfully make a white loaf in a breadmaker without using strong white bread flour? I find that even though neither myself or my BF have coeliac's, bread that is high in gluten isn't too friendly to the old tum! Any advice would be very gratefully received! :-)

Be-ro Chocolate cake
I'm sure someone on here can answer my question! I can remember reading on here that this is a lovely chocolate cake. Looking at the ingredients it uses evaporated milk - would it be as nice if I just used ordinary milk? I'm concerned that the evaporated milk will give the cake a tangy taste (if that makes sense). Here's a…
