what about tiny little egg and cress sandwiches? I see you already have a meat dish, a pastry dish and I am not sure what you are doing with the salmon - sandwiches?
how about mini baguettes with brie and grape filling?
or a good cheddar with pickle on nice salty crackers (I like to spread mine with a bit of marmite - but then, I love marmite!).
I am rather partial to ritz crackers spread with cream cheese and topped with a cucumber or tomato slice and sprinkled with sea salt. yummm.
if I think of any more will post them later!

    Tortilla flour wraps -

Spread with a little cream cheese and roll round a few thin (lightly pre cooked) apsaragus spears. I usually use a cluster of 3 thin spears. Cut the roll into short lengths discarding the rough ends.

Really tasty when I had these as part of an afternoon tea in a wonderful little place in Haworth, West Yorkshire. Have tried them myself several times and they go down well.

Cheese scones - can be made in advance and popped in the oven to cook and serve warm :)

small cubes of cheddar cheese or mozzarella with an olive on top, or sundried tomatoes or a slice of chorizo/garlic sausage/salami folded into a quarter on the top - all secured with sticks.

These were the first to be finished at a finger buffet I did recently ;)

What about sticky chicken wings? Or thick omelette (cant remember the correct name) sliced into wedges. It would be a bit like quiche without pastry as you've got the pasty bit covered with the salmon. You can make a base from corned beef mushed up and add cottage cheese to the egg mix,
