Toad in the hole
Hi All, I am hopeing someone can answer me this question. I usually cook a toad in the hole and the only dish I have is large, once it is cooked can I leave it to coole re heat later? Freeze? I dont want to waste it. thank you :D

Flour
Hi Does anyone know if I can change wholemeal bread flour into wholemeal self raising flour by adding baking powder etc? I have changed plain white flour into self raising white loads of times but Im not sure if I can do the same with strong flour.;)

frozen sausage rolls
Hi there I have loads of sausage rolls that i made for Christmas that didn't get used, i froze them raw - will I need to defrost them before cooking or can I cook them from frozen & if so will I need to cook them for longer? Thanks in advance

Using agar-agar instaed of gelatine for cheesecake recipe-anyone tried this?
I would like to try a cheesecake recipe which uses gelatine.I plan on substituting the gelatine with agar-agar as I 'm a vegetarian.I just wondered if anyone used this before and had any pointers.Thanks.

Good evening all, does anyone here use a mini oven? We have a large fan assisted gas oven but I get cross when my DD switches the oven on to cook a veggie or bean burger and was wondering if a small oven would be more cost effective?

oh crumbs freezer's dripping :(
oh pooh just went to get some peas out for the kids dinner & the front of the freezer drawers are all wet & dripping but everything further back is covered in ice/frost shall I just bung everything near the front & stick the temp up (or down in this case) & hope for the best ???

Can I defrost mince in a microwave?
Just a quick question. Completely forgot to get mince out of the freezer ready for tea. We were planning on tacos as will use up some of the salad and jar of salsa I have. Can I defrost it in the microwave or even cook it from frozen? Didn't want to have to go and buy some. Thanks
