Hi
Does anyone know if I can change wholemeal bread flour into wholemeal self raising flour by adding baking powder etc?
I have changed plain white flour into self raising white loads of times but Im not sure if I can do the same with strong flour.;)

Can't see why not, after all baking powder is the thing you use for self raising.I Believe in saving money!!!:T
