Toad in the hole

Hi All,
I am hopeing someone can answer me this question.
I usually cook a toad in the hole and the only dish I have is large, once it is cooked can I leave it to coole re heat later? Freeze? I dont want to waste it.

I usually make mini toad in my muffin tin using chipolatas cut in half - this means we all (2 adults, 2 small-ish children) have some fresh, then the rest are cooled down and frozen in a plastic bag for another time. If you have a big all in one concoction then I would portion it up BEFORE you freeze it or its a !!!!!! to get out of the dish.:rotfl::jMoney saving eco friendly Fertility reflexology specialist :j0 -
You can freeze it but in my experience the Yorks pudding part of it won't be as crispy as when it first comes out of the oven.4.30: conduct pigeon orchestra...0
