Do I need to cover jam?
:hello: I've made jam. :D When people make jam they commonly use a disc of cellophane or similar to put over the jam before they put the lid on. Do I need to do this? If so, what can I use instead of cellophane please? I've got baking parchment and greaseproof paper, but that's about it. :undecided Cheers, MBE
