Hi Everyone
I have a recipie that needs coconut oil, I have been looking on the internet and it seems quite expensive.
I just wondered if anyone used coconut oil in thier cooking and if so where do you get it from? and how much you pay for it?
Any advice would be gratefully received.
Many Thanks

It's usually available from health food shops, and yes is quite pricey. What's the recipe? Could you substitute anything else? Probably not worth investing if you're only going to use it the once.
I have some from holland and barrett, I think it was about £7 but I got a second in the penny sale. But then I will use it all...Bossymoo

I'm sure I've seen it in Lidl's recently, not sure of the price though. HTHYou can touch the dust, but please don't write on it0

I'm guessing it would be in world food section."We could say the government spends like drunken sailors, but that would be unfair to drunken sailors, because the sailors are spending their own money."
