I have just bought some bargain smoked salmon from Waitrose and I was thinking of making a bulk load of cream cheese and smoked salmon sandwiches for lunches/picnics etc.
Can you freeze cream cheese? I have frozen ordinary cheese before and it was fine but I am not sure whether you can freeze cream cheese. I mean stuff like Philedelphia.
If not what can I do with the smoked salmon?

I've foudn it seperates a bit when freeze - its ok after a quick stire but obviously you can't stire it in a sarnie! I'd just freeze the salmon seperate the slices with greaseproof/ waxed paper and then you can just take out as much as you need at a timePeople seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.
