Raw quiche bottom!!!
Hi Spent ages today looking for a good quiche recipe and advice so I can win the Horticultural show!!! But the same old thing happened- even after blind baking for 12 minutes the bottom was soggy - HELP! Mind you the custard was great!!!

ok so i cant sleep
Hiya all I cant sleep so thought i would put up my new kichen curtains , clean the whole kichen , massive job huge room just got the floor to do . Altering a school blazer
DS starts school on Tuesday but we haven't bought him a blazer as our DD hardly wore hers (gotta love our Scottish weather -rain with everything). Fruit cake help please!
I am getting married next June and have made 3 fruitcakes which will be my wedding cakes. I made an 8" 10" and 12' square.
