ok so i cant sleep

Hiya all

I cant sleep so thought i would put up my new kichen curtains , clean the whole kichen , massive job huge room just got the floor to do . Iv made a bananna loaf, loaf of bread and a slab of beetroot brownie Mmmmmmmmm ,had some beets left after pickeling loads from lotte.

What could i do next ????? cant do anything that makes too much nosie kids in bed dont want to wake them lol

    can you listen to some music quietly?

    listen to a talk station? do some competitions?

    I have got radio air on now ......

    I think i myte bake some more i havent slept properly in ages arhhhhhhhh . I could normaly sleep on a washing line lol

    do you know why you can't sleep? are you worrying about things?

    I'm the same i get all my cleaning washing and ironing do at ridiculous o'clock!! Brownies sound delicious though you can send some my way if you end up with a brownie over load! ;)

    The moon was nearly full - might sound silly, but lots of people don't sleep very well when the moon is full ! I was so tired I would have slept OK if DD hadn't been affected - as it was, I am a zombie this morning :(

    I know what you mean by the moon,affects me terribly(even when I don't know its full) my husband will always go and look to check as he says I get realy hyper on a full moon:rotfl:.
    I'm very intrigued by the beetroot brownies,any chance of the recipe,please :).

    I have been finding it tricky to sleep and the eye mask and lavender spray haven't been working :(
