Evening
I am on the hunt for a meal planner does anyone know where I can find one i've done the forum search but couldnt find much apaprt from SailorSam's helpful link! I've also googled abit but can't find what I am looking for?!
Ideally I want to be able to plan meals, write out the recipies and from that work out the cost of the food I need week on week all in one "spreadsheet" or similar.
I am also after a routine chart, struggling with my health at the moment and always forgetting things espeically my meds and im finding that post-its arent helping but lists can if I remember where I put them :rotfl:so basically after a weekly planner to get a routine in whilst im feeling unwell.
Any help gratefully recieved, I would have a go myself if I knew how to use excel!
