What to do with tomato soup today
I found a carton of Covent garden tomato & basil soup in the freezer yesterday, took it out to 'make something' and now don't know what to do with it? Can't go back in freezer and I don't want to eat it as soup. Any ideas please LL

Bulk buying frozen veg
Can anyone please tell me if they know of any shops that do frozen veg esp sprouts, cauli, cabbage and broc in larger than 1kg bag? Easy quiche recipe
I have some gammon left over and don't want to waste it. Does anyone have an easy reipe to make quiche. I have googled but all the recipes seem to want cream or some sort of posh cheese neither of which I have. I am trying to stock the freezer for my family. Thanks

OS romantic meal - please help me choose a main!

I was watching Desperate Housewives the other day - someone ended up in hospital and true to US film form, all the neighbours turned up with various casseroles etc to keep the family going. Will this be safe in the oven?
I've just realised that my massive casserole dish got broken so I don't have anything to make my Butternut Squash Curry in. I've take out the inside of my slow cooker and put it in that inside the oven. Will it be ok? Suppose it must be able to withstand high temperatures?

I've seen somewhere on here someone suggest using mincemeat as a filling for pancakes. This sounds scrummy, but doesn't mincemeat have suet in? Aren't you meant to cook it before you eat it? :question:

has anyone made chick pea flour from dried chick peas?
