It doesn't look like this has been started yet, so I thought I'd set things going this time.
This week I've got:
Friday (tomorrow) - HM pepperoni, pepper and red onion pizza
Saturday - roast belly pork with caramelised root veggies (from this recipe - replacing the turnip with kohlrabi as that's what I've got in the veg box)
Sunday - pasta with tomato and LO roast pork sauce
Monday - cheesy breaded chicken in a bun with lettuce and mayo, and chips
Tuesday - fajitas - either chicken or veg depending on how big Monday's chicken breast is (if it's a small one I'll have it all on Monday - if it's nice and big I'll have half on Monday and half on Tuesday)
Wednesday - veggie curry wraps
Thursday - bean quesadillas
Lunches will be sandwiches and possibly HM soup if I get round to making some; breakfasts will be porridge with fruit, HM bread and jam / peanut butter, or weetabix cake (actually a fruity teabread).
Anyone else?
