  • Hi All

Really late this week - especially as my week starts on Thursday!!! Its gone a bit pear shaped because of arrangements changing etc...

For the rest of the week we are having/had:

Sat: Lunch out - went to get wedding rings - too stuffed for dinner!
Sun: Warm bacon & Scallop Salad, Duck with HM Plum Sauce, Choc Puddings with Cream
Mon: Was supposed to be going out with work - but fell through so had Turkey Stroganoff with rice
    Tues: Fish & Seafood Pasta
Wed: Lamb Chop Dinner with all the trimmings

Need to get myself back into gear for the coming months, stressed enough with
Wedding plans let alone this going pear shaped in the house/kitchen!

    ;-)

Another late one here! I get paid a week tomorrow so until then I'm using up from the freezer and only buying fresh milk, fruit, veg & salad. Anything HM is leftover portions from the freezer.

Monday - YS chicken & mushroom crispbakes, jacket potato with cheese & onion & beans (which has started me on one of my mad sessions of wanting onions all the time!)
Tuesday - Roast beef etc followed by Lemon chiffon pie at Mum's.
Wednesday - HM fish pie, carrots and green beans.
Thursday - HM lasagne & salad.
Friday - Quorn fillet, roast veg, jacket potato
Saturday - omlette, salad, jacket potato
    Sunday - tea at Mum's.
  • Another late one...

Mon - Beef Rogan Josh with rice and chapatis
    Tues - Ramen
Wed - Fajitas with guacamole, tomato salsa and soured cream
Thurs - Spicy Chicken and Rice
Fri - Chicken with Figs in Ras-el-Hanout and cous cous
Sat - Southwester Shepherd's Pie with Sweet Potatoes
Sun - Home-made Fish Fingers and Triple Cooked Chips

I'm going to try and post as many of the recipes on my blog UK Foodies, so watch out for them
