OS romantic meal - please help me choose a main!

I'm cooking a meal for OH on Saturday night.
The starter is a fennel and watercress salad.
The accompaniment for the main is celeriac mash BUT I can't decide whether to do salmon, duck leg or belly pork.
Any suggestions from you helpful folks?

I wouldn't put celeriac with salmon - don't know why, but I dont think they'd go well together. Out of those, I think I'd go for the belly pork, and have some mange tout or sugar snap peas, and some carrots. Thanks, I know what you mean about salmon and celeriac but there seem to be a lot of recipes for it......
