Freezing bread - what am I doing wrong?
I know it should be possible to freeze bread for future use but, whenever I try it, the bread is stale when it comes out of the freezer - sometimes it's OK for toast, but very often it's so hard I can't get a knife through it and it ends up in the bin. I freeze bread wrapped in a plastic bag - either the packaging it…
