Breadmaker Timing? How Long To Cool?
I want to start putting my BM on a timer so that I wake upto a fresh loaf but one that has cooled so I make sandwiches for lunch straight away. Does anyone else do this? How long would it take for a loaf to cool if left in the bread maker whilst Im still sleeping :p Also, would the bread sweat and go soggy? Oh just thought…

Keeping Tea towels and Oven Gloves Clean
I accidentally set fire to my oven gloves last week so took the opportunity to replace them - I do a lot of cooking. Crumble Topping (made too much) Freeze it?
I have made a couple of plum and apple crumbles this afternoon. I have made to much of the crumble topping :rolleyes: Can it be frozen for a later date? Do I bake it first? Can anyone suggest anything I can do with it as I don't like waste. Thanks in advance. Chay

Can I add to frozen curry in freezer?
Hey all I have just made a chickpea and pea curry but have leftovers. I already have a small amount of the same receipe curry in the freezer which is in a big container. Can I add todays leftover's to this? I would wait for it to cool completely first before adding to it. Or should I freeze it separately? TIA x

Question about jelly
might be a very sill question but you see all these jelly pots for the kids that you can buy in the supermarket, well can i make my own jelly at home like i do for dessert and put in a tupperware for my kids packed lunch or would it just melt by the time they got to eat it? Thanks Angelrae

i remember as a child in the 1970s / early 80s there was a shop that sold everything loose (rice, cornflakes etc etc), you filled up your container with the scoops and paid for the amount you wanted? are there still any shops like this? a friend linked me to unpackaged.com but this looks a bit fancy / pricey.
