panasonic breadmaker not mixing properly
Have tried to start using my breadmaker a few times,the problem is the dough does not appear to be mixing together and is coming out where you can clearly see the " joins" like a kid has been mixing plasticine, would really like to start using this again,any ideas?

Made some gluten-free pastry like concrete!
My DD is trying out a wheat-free diet, and I bought some Doves Farm Gluten free flour. Soaking split peas?
I'm cooking a ham for dinner tonight and my OH has just informed me he would like pease pudding too. Normally when I make it I soak the peas overnight, would it be okay to just cook them straight from the packet or do they have to be soaked? :confused:
