panasonic breadmaker not mixing properly
Have tried to start using my breadmaker a few times,the problem is the dough does not appear to be mixing together and is coming out where you can clearly see the " joins" like a kid has been mixing plasticine, would really like to start using this again,any ideas?

My DD is trying out a wheat-free diet, and I bought some Doves Farm Gluten free flour. Tried a chocolate brownie recipe from their website which was gorgeous, then made some jam tarts with their pastry recipe and they were as hard as nails and had to go in the bin! Soaking split peas?
I'm cooking a ham for dinner tonight and my OH has just informed me he would like pease pudding too. Normally when I make it I soak the peas overnight, would it be okay to just cook them straight from the packet or do they have to be soaked? :confused:
