Gas or electric hob?
I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but I thought I'd be more likely to be talking to the users of hobs rather than kitchen fitters on 'In My Home'. The question is simple, which fuel do you all prefer for hobs, and why, gas or electric? I've always had a gas hob and have just moved to a house with a Bosch…

Fourlined Tonguesole Rolls - Help?
Hi, I was a bit fascinated by these in Lidl's yesterday, and bought some... now I'm wondering what to do with them? The packet suggests browning them in the oven and adding white wine and lemon juice and cooking for 20 minutes. My question - has anyone tried this? Are they nice, or better done in a casserole type dish?

DH insists that a meal without meat isn't a meal (must be the caveman in him!). But I've managed to get him to agree to a trial of a month for not having meat at every…
