I bought some rump steak about 2 days ago and forgot to put it in the freezer:rolleyes: when i took it out today it had gone brown! is it still ok to eat? the sell by date is 29th and eat before is 30th. tia :)

Sauce for salmon
Has anyone got an idea for a sauce to go with salmon, ill be cooking fillets of salmon with roasted veg and potato wedges. Without a sauce I think it might be too dry. Any ideas? Normally I would have some red pesto on the salmon whilst cooking, oh and I really dont like dill sauce.
