Has anyone got an idea for a sauce to go with salmon, ill be cooking fillets of salmon with roasted veg and potato wedges. Without a sauce I think it might be too dry.
Any ideas? Normally I would have some red pesto on the salmon whilst cooking, oh and I really dont like dill sauce.

Yes it does say for 100 servings which I did not see when I found the recipe. Just know that I like salmon with dill source and that was the first to come up when I searched. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
If you are feeling adventurous, you could have it with vanilla sauce!! You just add vanilla seeds to hollandaise - it's a French recipe and really surprisingly nice. Really!0

At this time of year Seville orange butter sauce is lovely. Try this one and substitute Seville for sweet orange.

Hi there
Do you have any PHILLI -or the own brand version? if so -you can beat some in a pan with a little milk to let it down and warm it up to make a lovely light cheese sauce-you can do it in the micro too..
It goes great with chicken or pasta too...especially the garlic/herb ones etc..-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
My family likes HM tartare sauce. We use lite mayo (in the interests of our health!) finely chopped gherkin, seasoning and if you can get capers, that's good. I haven't found them locally yet."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"
