Anyone tried freezing chorizo?
Hi chaps - am making jambalaya tonight with left over chicken and have got a large piece of chorizo from Lidl. Only need to use about 6 inches of it so have lots left - has anyone successfully frozen chorizo. This is the only recipe I ever seem to use it for!:D thanks

half a cauli left! What to do!
I have half a large uncooked cauli left. I don't think it will last until tomorrrow. What can I do with it? Can I freeze it as it is.. or will I need to cook it first. Or if I cook it.. how long will it last for.. a day or two more? I guess, its cauliflower cheese then! thanks
