Things I have knocking about and don't really know what to do with at the moment:
polenta (ground not already made up)
pomegranite - can I do anything except just eat it as it is?
tin of coconut milk
frozen flaky pastry
Any ideas on what to do with any of this would be very welcome, thanks, Ness.

I have seen quite a few chef's on the food channel use pomegranite on salad. Never tried myself.
They cut it in off and give the back of it a hard wack over a bowl and all the seeds drop out of it.0 -
I would use the coconut milk for a creamy chicken curry;
chicken breasts
red pepper
onion
coconut milk
curry powder
corriander
and double cream to finish it...
Lovely, could just eat it now!!!0 -

SDPlanning on starting the GC again soon0 -
Polenta is ground maize (corn), quite bland so needs lots of seasoning and some butter and/or cheese, nice with some italian sausages and a tomato sauce.
