I am into lemon and hot water at the moment with a touch of honey, supposed to help lose weight. Limes would be good.
Cut in half and put half in your dishwasher when you put it on, it will make it smell nice.
If your not looking to lose weight then have a few gin and tonics with a slice of lime.0 -
If all else fails, slice and open freeze, then bag up when frozen. Great for drinks...flavours and chills at the same time! :j0

They're lovely if you bake them with fish - I normally slice them up and layer them above and below the fish when I'm cooking it in a tinfoil 'parcel', along with some garlic, ginger and chilli. Add a bit of olive oil and a squeeze of the juice, ad bake in a hot oven until the fish is done (usually about 20 mins for me but it depends on how big the fillet is, and how well done you like your fish
) It makes a quick and healthy 'thai-style' baked fish.

Lemon curd - but with limes - works really well:staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0

Finely grate the rinds into a tub, store it in the freezer. Squeeze the juice into an icecube tray. Store cubes in another tub in the freezer. Each cube of juice will be about a tablespoonful. Use in salad dressings, cocktals, recipes, with honey and hot water as a cold cure etc etc. Rind can be added to rice dishes, salad dressings, cake mix, rice puddings etc etc.0
