I have half a large uncooked cauli left. I don't think it will last until tomorrrow. What can I do with it? Can I freeze it as it is.. or will I need to cook it first. Or if I cook it.. how long will it last for.. a day or two more? I guess, its cauliflower cheese then!
thanks

Curried cauliflower soup, not sure if I can find the recipe, will look. I know it had curry paste in it,"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

This isn't the one, but it looks very good."Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"

I don't understand why you don't think it will last until tomorrow. Is it already beginning to look a bit sad?
If there are some bits of it that look past saving, cut them out and then put what is left in the fridge until tomorrow.
Or you could freeze it if you want to. Just cut into pieces and drop into boiling water for a minute to blanch. Drain and put into cold water to stop cooking. Drain again and freeze.0 -

Boil it up, cover in cheesy sauce and freeze in portions. We do this all the time.

Yes, it's cauliflower cheese. Don't sound so disappointed! I will be making one myself later this week. You just have to add pasta, bacon and broccoli, if you have any, to make it proper.
See here.If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0
