Does anyone knit?
Hi I am looking to take up knitting again. Have made some things in the past but was never very good at it. Anyone know any good beginners websites? Also have found my local co-op sells wool and it's quite cheap. I also thought it would stop me from eating in the evenings after my son goes to bed!

Ideas please on curtain cleaning??!!
Dear All, I have got a pair of good quality curtains that I want to sell on e-bay. They are Laura Ashley fabric and lined. Problem is, I think it will cost me too much to dry clean them as they are quite big and will probably cost me more than I can sell them for which is pointless as I want to use the money towards paying…

Another silly cooking question??
I feel like I am always asking for advice - sorry! Or would the mince need browning first - therefore may aswell…

Crochet for dummies??? (book recommendations?)
My mother has requested a book that will teach her to crochet, is idiot proof and will teach her, to crochet the way you teach a small child to tie it's shoe laces. She really did ask for something that simple. Any thoughts would be gratefully received.
