i've decided to be brave and venture into the world of preserves, but need some questions answered please
some of the recipes using berries use a jelly bag- could i just use a sieve, if not where do i buy one from?
do i need to really put waxed discs on top of curd/ jam ?
are waxed discs just circles of greaseproof paper, or something more technical?
