I've bought these jars from here: http://www.colouredbottles.co.uk/store/catalog/Food-Jars-Hexagonal-p-1-c-330.html
Can anyone tell me if I need to process them in a water-bath to get them to seal or can I just hot-pack them?? I'm making chutneys and relishes. Thanks!!

no, its not hard to eat well. I've got a broken toe, so exercising is hard for me, but several people on here have joined a fitness place called 'Curves' and they seem to enjoy it. You can still go for nightly walks well into winter in most places, and if a friend joins you you both can gab to your hearts content - just walk briskly!
It's little things, like having an apple instead of crisps, or even a glass of water with lemon in it. Make little changes, rather than giant ones. And you can join us on the Daily thread, just post there and Frogga will add you to the list!0 -
Thank you i will.... am going to start by having porridge for brekkie instead of my usual bacon butty!!! little steps and all that
, oh and drink wine instead of cider!!!:D pats :T0
