Sauce for chicken and noodles
Hi Wondered if anyone had a good sauce I could team with chicken and noodles for tea? At the chinese I love sweet and sour and lemon chicken and was hoping I might be able to replicate one of these if possible, but any suggestions welcome, just nothing too spicy?

Freezing cooked soya mince?
MS = using soya mince + OS = batch cooking. But can I freeze bolognese/lasagne etc if it's made with (dried) soya mince? And if so, can it be cooked from frozen or would it need to be defrosted? Thank you, O'Knowledgable OSers :T Curv x

Microfibre at morrison's.
Went in my local morrisons today and they had the microfibre clothes on bogof. so got 2 for 99p. Would imagine it a national offer . thought i'd share this here rather than the shop but don't drop board. Hope this helps someone.
